Shipping/Delivery policy

Order once accepted will be delivered usually within 5 to 6 working days. Delivery times are affected by product availability, customers' geographic location, shipping destination & courier partner's delivery time to location.

Customers are advised not to accept tampered or damaged shipments.

Blur India products will be shipped only within India.

Blur India Return Policy

The products can only be exchanged within 5 days post-delivery, only if the delivered products are defective or damaged cosmetics. The exchange shall not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Product is damaged due to misuse/overuse
  • Product is used or altered by customer
  • If request is initiated after 5 days of order delivery
  • Customer ordered incorrect product by mistake
  • If customer accepts a product that they have cancelled, the brand is not responsible for returns. If during transit, you wish to cancel the order, please reject it via the delivery agent.
Cancellation and Refund

Cancellation by Blur India suspects any fraudulent transaction by any customer or any transaction which defies the terms & conditions of using the Site, Blur at its sole discretion could cancel such orders. Blur will maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and customers and would deny access to them or cancel any orders placed by them. While refunds are not possible currently, the ordered products can be replaced within 5 days if found defective.
