Do NOT accept packages that seem to be tampered or broken.
Shipping/Delivery policy
Order once accepted will be delivered usually within 5 to 6 working days. Delivery times are affected by product availability, customers' geographic location, shipping destination & courier partner's delivery time to location.
Customers are advised not to accept tampered or damaged shipments.
Blur India products will be shipped only within India.
The products can only be exchanged within 5 days post-delivery, only if the delivered products are defective or damaged cosmetics. The exchange shall not be accepted in the following cases:
- Product is damaged due to misuse/overuse
- Product is used or altered by customer
- If request is initiated after 5 days of order delivery
- Customer ordered incorrect product by mistake
- If customer accepts a product that they have cancelled, the brand is not responsible for returns. If during transit, you wish to cancel the order, please reject it via the delivery agent.
- As the products are personal care, only offer exhanges. Incase the product isn't satisfactory, we will promptly offer you an exchange within 5 days to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Exception: If the product arrived without any damages and is the correct product, but an exchange is still requested by customer due to personal preferences/reasons, a nominal delivery charge to help cover the delivery charges of Rs 70 that will be applicable at time of delivery.
- In case of missing product, an unboxing video will be required to verify the claims.
- In case you do not want an exchange (only for incorrect OR damaged products), the products will have to be returned to our warehouse post which, if they pass quality check, you will get the refund. Else the same products will be shipped back to you. This is to eliminate fake refund claims.
Cancellation by Blur India suspects any fraudulent transaction by any customer or any transaction which defies the terms & conditions of using the Site, Blur at its sole discretion could cancel such orders. Blur will maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and customers and would deny access to them or cancel any orders placed by them. The ordered products can be replaced within 5 days if found defective.
In case you place a prepaid order and cancel it before it is processed or it is cancelled by BLUR INDIA due to 'item sold out', the entire amount will be refunded to your original payment source.
