The products can only be exchanged or returned within 5 days post-delivery, only if the delivered products are defective or damaged. In case a prepaid order is cancelled before shipping, the customer shall receive the entire amount as cash back in the form of store credit. The returns shall not be accepted in the following cases:
- Product is damaged due to misuse/overuse
- Product is used or altered by customer
- If request is initiated after 5 business days of order delivery
Cancellation by Blur suspects any fraudulent transaction by any customer or any transaction which defies the terms & conditions of using the Site, Blur at its sole discretion could cancel such orders. Blur will maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and customers and would deny access to them or cancel any orders placed by them. While refunds are not possible currently, the ordered products can be replaced within 5 days if found defective.
